The latest addition to the crowded digital e-reader market is the new wireless device by irex. The reader has been in europe for a while and is now making its way across the ocean to north america. The e-reader boasts an 8.1 inch touchscreen that can be used with your hand or the accompanying stylus. The device is also wireless, using a free 3g connection to download books at the standard 9.99 usd. It also reads publications and newspapers, preserving original page layouts in the process. Although fairly new to the market irex aims to make a big splash with promises of a colour e-reader in 2011.
